Reporting


Step 1

Go to the Reports tab and select a who you want to report on (Me, All, a Specific Team or a Specific Individual)



Step 2

Select any of the preset date ranges or enter in any date range

Step 3

Click into any report to see the details. You can also edit the filters within each report

Recordings


Step 1

If requested all calls made through CRM will be automatically recorded
*Note for the 11 states that require two party verification the call will not be automatically recorded but you will be given the option to record



Step 2

To view recordings click on the main Call icon then Recordings

Step 3

Choose a date range and select View Recordings. You can also filter by Campaign (List Name), Session Name, First or Last Name or a Lead or Contact, Company Name or a Phone Number.



Step 4

To play click the green play icon and the file will be downloaded for you to listen to
*Note you can sort the list by click on the arrows in the column header
